BEAUTY EDIT: New Fenty Lip Paints

It’s all about new friends … well new makeup companions, that is.

I am super excited about the new Fenty Beauty colors I’ve finally added to my collection, special thanks to Sephora!

Who doesn’t love a great lipstick or get excited about having more lip color options? Why not add a few vivid colors to complete your lineup for spring and summer 2019? Like Let me explain my excitement.

I was smitten by the initial launch of my fellow Caribbean queen, Rihanna, and her signature matte red lip “Uncensored.” Then I fell head over heels for her nude campaign of three fiercely minimal shades. But this! This new roll-out has me spinning with elation and ideas for slaying my next full face.

From minimalist to the vixen, there’s a lip shade for every type of woman, and every occasion or makeup look. Fenty Beauty Lip Stunna Lip Paints (from left to right):

Uncensored, Undefeated, Unveil, Unlocked, Uncuffed, Unattached and Unbutton. “Uninvited” is a rich midnight black that launched last October of which I haven’t purchased yet (no pun intended).

But let’s get into these new releases …

“Undefeated”

Where are all my bold babes at?

A rich, velvety finish, “Undefeated” is an edgy yet sophisticated purple statement that instantly gave me a “I did not come to play” vibe. I love the lipstick’s depth and versatility (for any wardrobe). Its smooth finish and long-lasting wear are just added reasons to make it more than just an occasional wear.

“Unlocked”

Penned by Allure Magazine as a “stop-you-in-your-tracks pink” and “the vivid pink of Barbie’s convertible,” the popular “Unlocked” lip paint is an absolute winner! I love this hue because it looks great with everything — neutrals, color pop, all black, all white, black and white … you get it. After applying my makeup, I think I tried on about four to five travel outfits, and everything look amazing with this lip color. In other words, you might just need this color in your life. Thank me later.

“Unattached”

Calling all divas!

This is your signature lip honey. I’d have to say that I was pleasantly surprised at how much I loved this color. A vibrant coral, it was an instant brightener to my makeup look and even my mood. Its rich and creamy pigment made for easy application along my natural lip line and looked great with only one layer applied. Loving it!
